
CellularBioSystems utilizes novel technologies to distinguish between different physiological states of cells or tissues. We combine a proteomic-based approach and machine learning classifiers to derive molecular signatures characteristic of each cellular or physiological state. The proteomic analysis is based on the detection of post translationally modified proteins to identify molecular signatures specific for each cellular state. The identification and differentiation of altered states is utilized for disease prognosis, therapeutic response, selection of targets for therapeutic intervention and biomarker identification.
